I could talk about X-files all day everyday always.

Yes one episode of X-Files is enough to get the average person hooked.

There are two movies (as you said). Fight the Future (FTF) came out between seasons 5 and 6 and I want to Believe (IWTB) came out six years after the final season. I really like FTF. It is a lovely film for fans of the show and there is shippyness and shenanigans and shit blows up and then Scully is covered with slime. Also spaceships. I adore it all. But being completely truthful it does not technically hold up against quality cinema (Serenity is a much better tv-show-made-film)…not that I would ever realistically compare the two. I always watch this movie in order with the episodes during rewatches.

I hated IWTB. It was a huge let down and its only redeeming value were a few shippy moments. FTF at least had an engaging plot. IWTB was at best a mediocre monster-of-the-week episode. I saw it at midnight and I cried about its shittyness. But the salt on the wound was how very OOC Scully was the whole time and Scully is all that ever matters. It is as if the creators forgot about her development during the show’s nine years.

In summary, XF3 has a shit ton of making up to do. (and also needs to hurry up and get announced)

IMPOSSIBLE. But my default answer is Sunwing by Kenneth Oppel and Firebringer by David Clemment-Davies. Shant pick just one. Shant.

For what it was it was a pretty dark show anyway. If by adult you mean some swearing, kinkier references and more complex things than YES do want! If you meant dark like nudity and the f-bomb all the time than NO.

I wouldn’t care if it came back as dora-the-garg. I just want that shit BACK.

• When writing, do you write in print or cursive?
  

Print and the neatness depends on what I am writing with. Ink-pens (not ballpoints) and mechanical pencils are best. They don’t teach decent hand-writing anymore.

• The one place you want to go before you die?
  

Paula Abdul’s lap? But gosh so many places. New Zealand and London and San Francisco. I suppose revisiting Italy now that I am older and wiser is something I really want + more New York trips. And I want to attend at least one Star Wars Celebration before I go.

• What’s the more likely scenario- giving up drinking or your favorite food?
  

I don’t drink so can cheat on this question. I can still count the number of times I’ve been tipsy on one hand. I am not anti or anything, but I do not like the taste. Though I did recently discover amaretto sours….

• Cubed or crushed ice from the ice maker?
  

Cubed!

• Have you ever met anyone famous?
  

I attended an event hosted by Julie Andrews and she was about 90 feet from me. That is about as close as I have ever gotten. But I HAVE emailed back and forth with both Lauren Lane from The Nanny and Susan Egan (voice of Megara etc.)

• Ever purchased an infomercial product? What?
  

I fucking LOVE infomercials. I grew up without cable (and still forget I have it now) so I legitimately watched them as a kid for entertainment. Chef Tony is my main man and a part of my being will always desire a Miracle Blade 3000. The short answer is yes I have ordered a quick cooker thing that looks like a waffle iron and it works and a cat delinting thing that did not. I think my mother has a steamer from one as well.

• Have you ever preferred the movie to the book?
  

Yes actually! More than once. I would say LOTR is way easier to get through in movie form than in book form. I also adored how they did Ella Enchanted although most people hate that movie. Princess Diaries made a better more tolerable Mia. I also liked the fifth HP movie better than the book based on Umbridge alone. There are probably a ton more. I may add some later.

• You wake up minutes before your alarm goes off- do you go back to sleep or get up?
  

I am painfully terrible at getting up on time. My alarm has to be in another room so I am forced out of bed. I would go back to sleep like a doofus.

• Do you reheat leftover pizza, or eat it cold?
  

I have eaten pizza less than 5 times in the last three years. I don’t do leftovers.

• Excluding something that could save you, what one thing would you want with you on a deserted island?

My cat. Only if she could never ever be harmed and would stay with me. Otherwise entire series of The Nanny.

It isn’t even my personal opinion its that swimming the one way gives you no forward momentum or grace but the proper way does. Like riding a bike, I mean there really is only one way to do it without running into a tree.

As far as my experience, if you rename/move a song, you get that ! next to the song. You then have to “locate” the file by navigating iTunes to it’s location. Unless it’s different on a Mac.

So you have to rename it twice and go into your itunes base folders on your HD. BULLSHIT. I’m on a mac. Let me try it…..ok so I tried renaming a podcast (since I am at work and listen to the radio during the day) and nothing happened? No ! or anything.

I don’t like it for 1 reason- you still have to “tell” iTunes if you rename or move a file. Why can’t it actively monitor a folder?
